We would like to inform you that refunds are not available on any purchases. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded.
Replacement Policy
We take great care to deliver products in proper condition. If you experience any issue with the item you receive, please follow the guidelines below to request a replacement:
- Unboxing Video Requirement: An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement claim. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product being inspected. This recording acts as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery.
- Replacement Request Period: Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, the unboxing video must clearly capture the defect. This video is required to verify and process the replacement.
