Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. Customers can request a return for any product, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Important Condition (Unboxing Video Required)

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video is mandatory in case of damaged, defective, or missing items. Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund requests may be rejected.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be approved and processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after the returned product is received and verified.
